Replace your non-functional fidget device with a useful tool. As a member of the ADHD Club, I rely on colored pens and a variety of multitools (aka fidget tools) to improve concentration in meetings. Engaging in a simple task (e.g., coloring in squares or manipulating an interesting object) can actually improve focus and attention.
I have a variety of multi-tools that I bring to meetings. Some of my favorites include: the Gerber Dime, the Leatherman Micra, the SOG PowerPint, and the Leatherman Juice.
I really like the Gerber Dime. It is my go to travel multi-tool (goes in my checked bag). I do use the bottle opener, but I would like the tool better without it (the can opener can also open bottles). The pliers are useful and the size is great!

The Leatherman Micra is also a great size (small). The scissors are legit and the tools are easily accessible. The knife is very sharp like an Exacto knife, but perhaps a bit thin and wispy for some.

The SOG PowerPint is awesome! The pliers are geared and silky smooth and satisfying to open. The tools have a clever locking mechanism to keep them in place during use. This tool is extremely well-made. This is a high quality multi-tool and fidget device! My daughter really liked this tool and is now the "owner."

The Juice has been discontinued and is apparently "collectable" now. However, the Leatherman Sidekick is similar. If you are looking for a little bit bigger mult-tool, this might meet your needs as it is larger than the Dime and Micra.
